Richmond dog lovers — mark your calendars!
This National Pet Cancer Awareness Month, join IDEXX and FETCH a Cure for Catch Canine Cancer Early on Saturday, November 14 from 1–4 PM at Byrd Park Carillon.
Cancer is one of the most common health concerns in dogs, and early detection and screening can help us know more. Together, Richmond will launch the 100K Catch Challenge, a nationwide effort inspired by a game dogs love. Every catch helps raise awareness of canine cancer, screening for dogs at higher risk, and knowing more about your dog’s health.
Enjoy:
- A community-wide game of catch
- Free dog wellness checks
- Free pet portraits
- Local food trucks
- Pet businesses and services
- Dog treats, giveaways, and more
