About this Event
Please join us for the "Catalyst Table", a Jeffersonian dinner style of networking and problem solving with your peers. Basic strucutre & format below:
- Small, Structured Conversation Group: Participants (8-12 people) are seated to encourage meaningful, moderator lead, in-depth discussion rather than presentations.
- Guiding Questions: Discuss a common set of thought-provoking questions tied to a central theme or issue.
- Active Listening: Listening carefully to everyone around the table, taking notes, and refraining from immediate responses in order to fully understand all perspectives.
- Shared Learning & Reporting Out: Facilitators summarize key insights so ideas can be shared across the whole group and inform collective understanding or action.
