Catalyst Kitchens Midwest Regional Summit

Catholic Charities of Louisville, with their Common Table and Common Earth programs, has been a member of the Catalyst Kitchens network since 2017. We are ecstatic to have them hosting our 2023 Midwest Regional Summit. The event will show off their facilities, which include major production facilities for hunger relief, social enterprises, as well as farming and agriculture training facilities.. We will learn from their team and partners how they approach program design, learn about their partnership with their local Feeding America Food Bank to share kitchens, their innovative subscription-based social enterprises, and more. As a network, we will also dive into topics relevant to all members, such as recruiting, funding, post-pandemic strategy, and more.

Day 1 will run from 8:30AM to 6PM, and include breakfast, lunch, and an evening social event.

Day 2 will run from 8:30AM to 2PM, and include breakfast and lunch.

More details and a full agenda will come as we get closer to the event date, but we recommend this event with for all our members in the Midwest, as well as anyone wanting to learn more about innovative work with social enterprise and agricultural training from this member program.
