Food Vendor Requirements
To comply with City of Phoenix and Maricopa County regulations, all food vendors must provide:
- A valid Maricopa County food permit (as required for your business) IF APPLICABLE
- General liability insurance IF APPLICABLE
- Any additional permits required by local or state agencies IF APPLICABLE
Vendors are responsible for ensuring all required licenses, permits, and insurance are current before the event.
