How the time flies! To celebrate 1 year of dancey goodness, we're hosting Lindy Hop legend Cat Foley for a day's worth of workshop, followed by a big social.WHAT TO EXPECT
WORKSHOPS: 4 Hours of all-level Lindy Hop workshops (expectation is that you are familiar with the basics and can comfortably social dance).
SOCIAL: A big ol' party in the evening with live music from the Swing Empire Trio. The social will begin with a taster class accessible to new dancers, and you'll learn enough to be able to dance socially even if it's first time.
VENUE: we have upgraded! We're now in the ballroom of the Falmouth Hotel for the whole day, TR11 3NZ. There is venue parking, on street parking and a big car park 5 minutes' walk away at Falmouth Docks train station.
PRICING
Early bird ticket: £25 (payment before end of July)
Full value ticket: £30
We are balancing lead/follow numbers, so we recommend you buddy up with someone if you have a role preference.
Social only: £8 online or £10 on the door. Social is included in workshop price already, so no need to pay twice.
