BCS Spay holds adoption events on Saturday afternoons from 2:30-5 p.m. at the College Station PetSmart located on University Drive (back by the cat litter section).All our cats and kittens needing homes are spayed/neutered and microchipped for identification. They are up to date on vaccinations for rabies and FVRCP. Most are good with other cats but have not been around dogs or children (unless noted). They are rescued from outside, so many need calm homes and someone willing to be patient with them.
Adoption fees range from $50 for adult cats over a year old to $100 for kittens under six months old. We include extra goodies such as soft-sided carriers, bowls, nail clippers, and a few toys with adoptions (while supplies last).
Please message our Facebook page for our adoption application, or apply at the adoption event. Planning to attend on Saturday, August 23 are:
- Rayne, a black male kitten around 3 months old (had injured chin, good with calm dog),
- Sardine, a calico female kitten around 4 months old (had hip surgery),
- Dahlia & Daisy, brown tabby female kittens around 4 months old (each missing an eye, Dahlia is mostly blind, must be adopted together),
- Molly & Dolly, brown tabby & gray tabby female kittens around 6 months old,
- Cissy, a tortoiseshell female kitten around 8 months old,
- Fenix, a white/brown tabby male kitten around 9 months old,
- Tripp & Axel, an orange male kitten around 10 months old and a brown tabby male cat around 1.5 years old (best adopted together as Tripp is picky about liking other cats),
- Bucky, a fluffy brown tabby male cat around 2 years old.
