The Cat 5 Clash is a USA Weightlifting sanctioned competition, hosted at our home gym in Tampa, FL. This is a no frills meet, meaning no shirt, no medals, no fancy prizes. Just an opportunity to come throwdown and lift some heavy barbells to post a total or qualify for upcoming state or national meets. This competition will be open to all age groups and weight classes.
