12:30-2:00 — Head to the KAHUBA™ Wellness Center for a healthy light lunch, sign up for a BEMER session, then meander outdoors to enjoy a leisurely autumn afternoon soaking up soothing country views and spectacular Rocky Mountain vistas.

Please wear closed toe shoes and an appropriate jacket as we’ll be meeting in a magnificent, but unheated, 123 year old barn that breathes fresh air through its original wood planks. Then later we'll migrate outdoors to the horse stable. Plan to park along the dirt road on Peak View Drive. Handicap parking is available inside of the gate, see the attendant for access.
