Cast Your Own Home Objects: An Eco Resin Workshop (Jesmonite)
About this Event
Join Crafty Bear Studio for a hands-on eco resin casting workshop using Jesmonite, a water-based casting material with a smooth, stone-like finish.
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll choose your project option and create your own home objects through color selection, pouring techniques, and casting. From soft marbling to playful color patterns, each piece will turn out slightly different, making your finished objects truly one of a kind.
No experience is needed. Just come ready to pour, cast, play with color, and enjoy a creative night out.
As a special bonus, each participant will also receive a complimentary mini scented plaster bear to paint and take home. The bear shape/design and scent will be randomly selected.
Choose Your Project Option
All projects are made with Jesmonite. Each guest will select one project option when purchasing a ticket. Please choose carefully, as project/mold changes will not be available during the workshop.
1. Pottery Bloom Vase Duo — $65
Create 2 pottery-inspired vases with soft, sculptural silhouettes.
2. Sweetheart Vase & Tray Set — $65
Create 1 heart-shaped vase and 1 matching heart tray.
3. Mini Arch Vase Duo — $65
Create 2 mini arch vases with a modern rounded shape.
4. Splash Candle & Coaster Set — $65
Create 1 splash-style candle holder and 1 matching splash coaster.
5. Playful Candle Holder Trio — $95
Create a set of 3 candle holders with fun geometric details.
6. Little Town Pot Duo — $95
Create 2 building-shaped pots inspired by tiny shops and homes.
7. Happy Face Pot Duo — $95
Create 2 face-shaped pots with a playful character look.

Arrival Time
Check-in begins at 5:50 PM. Instruction will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, so please plan to arrive on time and allow a few extra minutes to get settled before the workshop starts.
Food & Drinks
Food and drinks are available for purchase separately through Busboys and Poets. Guests are welcome to order from the venue during the event.

Guests may park at Symphony Woods Garage, located behind Busboys and Poets.
