Cast Iron Cooking: Steakhouse Basics

For ages 18 & up

Discover some of the best uses for your cast iron cookware as you and your team create a simple, but spectaular meal. Our experts will offer tips on the advantages of cooking with cast iron and how to clean and maintain your collection. You and your team will make a yeast dough and cook the breads on a griddle; sear steaks and tomatoes for a one pan main course; create perfectly glazed carrots; and, for a festive finale, mix and bake brownies in one skillet.

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.

• Pan de Campo (Individual Breads cooked on a Griddle)

• Pan-seared Steak with Charred Tomatoes

• Gingery, Glazed Carrots

• Warm Skillet Brownies with Vanilla Ice Cream

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
