Hi friends!
As many of you know, Cassie was a proud Warren G. Harding High School graduate. She loved her school, her classmates, and was a constant cheerleader for the success of those who came through Warren City schools. Cassie truly embodied Warren City pride — and she especially loved music, dancing, and being surrounded by people she cared about.
In Cassie’s honor, we’re hosting Karaoke for Cassie, with the heart of the evening focused on a basket raffle fundraiser benefiting graduating W.G.H. Lady Raiders. We thought a night filled with music, memories, and laughter felt like the perfect way to celebrate Cassie and keep her spirit alive. Karaoke will be available for anyone who would like to sing a song in her honor — whether you grab the mic or just enjoy the music, the night is about coming together for Cassie.
The Cassandra Barr Gray Scholarship is now in its 5th year, and because of the incredible support in past years, we’ve been able to award scholarships to multiple graduating Lady Raiders. Every basket raffle ticket and donation helps continue that tradition.
Not a singer? No problem at all. Come enjoy the evening, check out the basket raffle hosted by ITAM 29 (with all proceeds going directly to the scholarship fund), share stories, and enjoy a sweet treat — Cassie’s mom will be making her famous cupcakes that everyone knows and loves.

If you’d like to make a donation directly to Cassie’s scholarship fund without attending, you can do so by writing a check to the Warren City School Foundation and noting in the memo:
“Cassie (Barr) Gray Scholarship Fund.”
Checks can be given to Alison Sferra Vournous or Casey McKee, or mailed to the Board of Education, attention John Lacy.
