CASPER ALLEN is a singer/songwriter from texas.

After a decade on the road as a solo act in the vein of the great Texas troubadours (a la Townes Van Zandt, Guy Clark), Allen has entered 2025 with a 3-piece band that covers all points American; from Stax-inspired R&B, to Doug Sahm-inspired Tex-Mex, to Chess-style electric blues, to Sun Records dirty, old-fashioned rock n roll, to classic honky-tonk, to early 70s California songwriter music.

With their first single as a group coming on February 14th, an EP to follow in March, and a full-length offering in August, Casper Allen & The Naturals are hitting the road hard this year.

Bassist Shawn Hess (a critically-acclaimed singer-songwriter in his own right) and R. Cooper Long provide the groove while Allen’s powerhouse vocals and Texas blues guitar take the lead role. Allen has opened for the likes of Benjamin Tod & Lost Dog Street Band, vincent neil emerson, ryan bingham, sierra ferrel, matt heckler, the devil makes three, and a long list of others over the last 9 years and has a long history with popular youtube series gemsonvhs and truthful sessions, and has built a dedicated cult-following across the greater U.S.
