CASP15

The CASP15 (Critical Assessment of Structure Prediction) Conference is dedicated to the latest in macromolecular structure modeling (including proteins, RNA molecules, and complexes), and is the culmination of the community-wide experiment to determine and advance the state of the art in modeling of these molecules from sequence. Both active participants in the experiment and anyone interested in recent advances in this field are invited to attend. Every two years, participants submit models for a set of molecules and complexes for which the experimental structures are not yet public. In the current CASP round, CASP15, over 100 research groups from around the world submitted more than 53,000 models on nearly 100 modeling targets. Presentations are expected from the independent assessors and from successful structure predictors. Discussions, poster presentations, and a job fair are also planned.
