CASITA x Nu’Man Hall at Mia Market

CASITA is joining forces with chef Nu’Man Hall for a one-night collaborative dinner at MIA Market in the heart of the Miami Design District. The evening brings together two chefs from very different backgrounds to create a menu rooted in heritage, technique, and the vibrant ingredients of South Florida.

Nu’Man previously operated the restaurant Four in the former Paradis Books & Bread space, where he became known for his thoughtful Italian cooking and handmade pastas. For this dinner, he’ll bring that craft and tradition to the table, drawing on both classic Italian techniques and the flavors of his Jamaican heritage.

CASITA founder Omeed Farajzadeh’s culinary path includes time at acclaimed restaurants such as COTE Korean Steakhouse and Sunny’s Steakhouse before launching CASITA’s series of intimate pop-up experiences. His cooking reflects a blend of fine-dining precision, open-fire inspiration, and subtle nods to his Persian roots.

Together, the two chefs will present a five-course communal tasting menu that celebrates their cultures, while highlighting seasonal ingredients from South Florida. Expect dishes that feel elevated yet playful, paired with thoughtful wines and craft cocktails.

Set against the creative energy of the Miami Design District, the long-table format will bring guests together for an intimate, memorable night of food, culture, and collaboration.
