Our bourbon dinner was a hit. So many of you have been asking when we will be doing something like this again. Well, here it is. And it's Tequila Time!! Mark your calendars now, Monday May 13th. Call now to make your reservations!Pairings will include Casamigo's Blanco, Cristalino, Mezcal, and their newly released Jalapeno.
Hors d'oeuvre: Birria Pork Egg Rolls/Empanadas
Passed during cocktail hour (starts at 5:00pm, cash bar)
1st Course: Plantain Tostado-Tinga chili braised chicken, fried plantain accompanied with a Casamigos Jalapeno mango coulis.
Paired with Casamigos Jalapeno
2nd Course: Frita Tortilla-Fried tortilla bowl, charred elote & jicama ensalada server with a creamy vinaigrette dressing.
Paired with Casamigos Cristalino
3rd Course: Ceviche Trios-Tuna, squid, shrimp, wakame with grilled watermelon served with a citrus mignonette.
Paired with Casamigos Blanco
4th Course Carving Station: Mezcal & Agave Basted Suckling Pig!!
Complimented with red & green chimichurri, espagnole chipotle demi, dirty rice & beans and corn tortillas.
