Starter – Blue Corn Tostada
Blue corn tostada layered with beans, avocado, microgreens, pickled red onion, and crispy oyster mushroom chorizo.

Salad – Caprese
Fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and a balsamic reduction.

Entrée – Lion’s Mane Milanesa Torta
Crispy Lion’s Mane mushroom milanesa served on artisan bread with apple slaw, teriyaki toreado sauce, and roasted beets.
