This charity event brings the Houston community together for tasty chili, friendly competition, and red-hot fun all in support of raising hope and a home for children in crisis. In addition to unlimited chili tastings, the Chili Cook-Off features live music, kids activities and yard games, a dog costume competition, an exciting raffle, and fun for the whole family. I think you and your team would have a wonderful time participating in the event!All proceeds go directly to support Casa de Esperanza and its efforts to break the cycle of child abuse and neglect. The impact of child abuse and neglect is far greater than its immediate visible effects. Child abuse affects children of every age, race and income level. These experiences can shape child development and have consequences that can last a lifetime. Since its start nearly 40 years ago, Casa de Esperanza has been privileged to provide a safe place for over 6,000 young children in our community.
