Come together with UCLA Anderson alumni in Los Angeles for a fun night out—under the stars—at Culver City’s neighborhood BBQ spot Maple Block Meat Co.
This exclusive Worldwide Welcome Weeks event will feature Co-Founder & Managing Partner Daniel Weinstock (’07) who will share his inspiration for making a pivot from serving as sous chef at Spago Beverly Hills to co-founding his passion project Maple Block—an idea he conceived while earning his MBA at Anderson. Daniel will also demonstrate how to prepare Maple Block’s signature, wood-smoked brisket and how to properly carve a brisket. Enjoy a selection of beer, wine, handcrafted sodas, and bites, including a taste of the brisket. Vegetarian options will be available.
This event will be hosted outdoors in Maple Block's patio.
