About this Event

Meet us at the Nature Center, where State Park Naturalist Joe Moore will lead a brief interpretive hike with a discussion of our park conservation projects. Keep an eye out for a good fallen branches, because after the hike, WCPA Trustee Stan Saperstein, an expert woodworker, will teach you how to carve a beautiful custom walking stick of your very own. Bring a good pocket knife or bench knife that Stan will sharpen for you, or he can loan a knife if needed!

This is a paid event ($35 per person, over age 9 please), with limited availability and you must reserve your spot.
