Our Cartwheel, Round Off & Aerial Clinic is for students of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced! We will focus on proper technique and fundamentals of cartwheels, round offs and aerials. Beginners will focus on strength training and body shaping of their cartwheels. Intermediate students will focus on one arm cartwheels, dive cartwheels and round offs. The requirement for Intermediate status is a proper cartwheel. Advanced students will work on body shaping of the above skills, along with aerials. The requirements for Advanced status is the ability to do a proper one arm cartwheel, dive cartwheel and round off. If you have any questions about which skill level your child is, please contact the office. We're happy to help!
