Carrying the Load II: Redefining Strength Through Rest & Connection
About this Event
Behind competence, resilience, and the ability to "handle it all" often lies a quiet exhaustion. This workshop creates space to explore a different relationship with strength—one rooted in balance, connection, and belonging.
In this next circle, we’ll open space for deeper conversation and lived integration around:
• How early patterns of adaptation, being the one who stabilizes, anticipates, or holds it together, continue to shape how we show up today
• The quiet weight of guilt and how it influences our decisions, boundaries, and sense of self
• The unique realities of high-functioning women who are also carrying the invisible load of motherhood while constantly holding space for everyone around them
• Reclaiming parts of self that were set aside in order to cope, lead, or care for others
• Allowing space for needs, and practicing what it means to receive
• Understanding these patterns not as flaws, but as intelligent nervous system adaptations, and exploring how to gently shift them
• Moving from awareness of these patterns into more aligned, embodied ways of living and relating
• Gathering in community as a way to restore balance, reduce isolation, and experience shared strength
This space is for women who are ready to explore new ways of relating to themselves, beyond constant responsibility, and toward something more sustainable, connected, and whole.
