I'm honored to welcome you to Carrying Love Forward, a Through & Beyond Grief™ Sound Bath.

Grief changes us, but we don't have to walk through it alone.

This is not a traditional grief support group. There is no expectation to share. Instead, you'll be held in a peaceful, compassionate space for rest, reflection, and release.

Through calming sounds, mindful breathing, and guided meditation, this intimate evening of stillness invites you to slow down and simply be.
