CARRIE NATION & THE SPEAKEASY (CNS) is a high-energy quintet from Wichita, KS, USA. The band, whose sound has been described as “...a stagecoach in overdrive” and “dark, psychedelic speedfolk”, has performed their signature blend of strings and horns across 49 states and 9 countries since 2007.

CNS has built a solid grassroots following with their energetic live show and ability to fit on bills ranging from bluegrass to punk; rockabilly to ska. Thoughtful songwriting is delivered through dynamic arrangements and unconventional instrumentation. Throaty vocals glide over percussive guitar. Mandolin solos melt into blaring trombone lines at breakneck speed, while the upright bass and rock-solid drums churn out aggressive rhythms that carry the force of a Kansas freight train. Psychedelic soundscapes are punctuated by downright amphetaminic tempos and controlled cacophony. Anything but derivitive, CNS has developed a singular style that continues to bemuse newcomers and delight loyal fans.

The band’s DIY approach has been evident in their self-recorded albums, self-published music, self-booked tours, and collaborations with local and regional visual artists. A live CNS performance is a loud, fast, sweeping journey to a brand new destination.

ANGRY ZETA was founded in 2015 in Buenos Aires Argentina as originally a traditional bluegrass country hillbilly street busker band and were then constantly integrated into the local punk scene and their clubs where they found their punk and Rock’n’Roll Crust Sound, today they mix everything into a molasses of punk Hillbilly folk and raw street music together, they tour all over the world in clubs, festivals (Muddy Roots, Billy rock, san pedro country music festival, San Antonio Rat Parts Festival, Kids and Billy’s, Open Folk Festival, Rotterdam Bluegrass Festival, etc) and on the street, amplified or fully acoustically flexible, they give you such a great folk punk that you don't always know where you are standing, what we love on Angry Zeta the most: they Started Small and they are walking their very own way to the top of Crust Street Rock’n’Roll Folk Punk Heaven.

Joining them for the evening is local act < MISTY CANS AND THE HORNY TOADS. A local Sioux Falls act whose sound blurs the lines between country, folk, rock, with a little punk attitude.
