Prantsuse darksynth projekti Carpenter Bruti taga on artist nimega Franck Hueso. Mees on teadlikult hoidnud end varjus, kuna tema sõnul peaks olema tähtsus muusikal endal, mitte muusikul, kes selle loonud on. On teada, et oma muusikalist teekonda alustas Hueso miksides õudusfilmide, metali, roki ja elektroonilise muusika helisid. Carpenter Brut on välja andnud EPd, mis kandsidki lihtsalt nimesid „I“ (2012), „II“ (2013) ja „III“ (2015). Album „Trilogy“ ilmus aastal 2015.

Bret Halford is a young shy American man who became the singer of the glam-metal band Leather Patrol and took on a stage name Leather Teeth. Now that fame has been achieved, things take a darker turn. Bret decides to take bloody revenge on anyone who bullied him as a teenager. On October 19th, Leather Terror will bring a serial killer to the Helitehas’ stage.

Of course, the audience does not really see any violence because Bret Halford does not exist. It is a fictional movie lives in Carpenter Brut’s mind. The Leather Terror album and the accompanying world tour are the soundtrack to an imaginary film about Bret Halford and his journey.
This is the second part of the trilogy. In the first part, Leather Teeth (2018), we met Bret Halford. Leather Teeth was the first "movie" about Halford's saga - a young man who fails to win the girl and does his best to win the girl's heart.
Behind the French darksynth project Carpenter Brut is an artist named Franck Hueso. The man has consciously kept himself in the shadows. He believes that the music itself is more important, not the musician who created it. It is known that Hueso began his musical journey by mixing the sounds from horror films with metal, rock, and electronic music. Carpenter Brut has released EPs simply titled I (2012), II (2013) and III (2015). The album Trilogy was released in 2015.
