Carolyn’s Finale: Sirena & Scheherazade

How do you celebrate a remarkable journey? With gratitude. With unforgettable music. With the people who shared it along the way. Music Director Carolyn Kuan closes her final season with an HSO favorite, Sirena Huang, violin, in Tchaikovsky’s soaring Violin Concerto before leading the orchestra in Rimsky-Korsakov’s colorful Scheherazade. From the vibrant energy of Gabriela Ortiz’s Antropolis to a finale filled with imagination and wonder, this is a concert that celebrates the stories music allows us to tell—and the memories we’ll carry long after the final note.
