The 35th annual Carols by Candlelight is excited to welcome back RICHIE FURAY one night only December 6. Richie is an American music icon after an astonishing 60-year career in music that included pivotal positions in Buffalo Springfield, Poco, and the Souther-Hillman-Furay Band. He has been inducted into both the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Colorado Music Hall of Fame. Furay is celebrated for pioneering Country-Rock with an unsurpassed soulful voice, powerful songwriting, and hard driving guitar playing.Special guest JOHN FORD COLEY is making his first appearance at Carols. He is most revered as half of the Grammy nominated duo, England Dan and John Ford Coley with memorable hits such as: LOVE IS THE ANSWER, I’D REALLY LOVE TO SEE YOU TONIGHT, NIGHTS ARE FOREVER WITHOUYOU and many more. England Dan & John Ford Coley had four top-ten hits and two top-twenty hits. Nominated for a Grammy Award, they received triple-platinum and gold records and released eight albums.
Also performing are ANNA VAUS who sang with Keith Urban on this year’s CMT Awards and who has been touring with Maddie & Tae following their release of her song HEARTS THEY DIDN’T BREAK. And filling out the bill are BACK TO THE GARDEN and STEVE VAUS.
