Sanctuary Boston and Arlington Street Church are partnering up for this gathering of Carols and Light. As we near the solstice and a season of long nights, we invite you to the kindle the flame with our community of fellow seekers.
Celebrate the light of truth, the warmth of community, and the fire of commitment with us.
We'll share reflections and offer prayers.
We'll find some moments of calm and connection.
And we'll sing songs to warm the heart and light the way.
Candle Light Walk at 5:30pm in the Public Garden.
Before worship, you're invited to gather at the Great Doors on Arlington Street, light up our candles (which will be provided), and head into the Public Garden, walking in the deep stillness to welcome back the light.
Our meditation: What would you like to leave behind in the darkness? What would you like to welcome into the light?
Safety and Inclusion for in-person worship:
We'll be indoors at Arlington St. Church.
Masking is required for everyone over two years old while indoors, except for worship leaders.
We require vaccinations for everyone who's eligible, using the honor system.
In an effort to better welcome our fragrance sensitive community members, we ask that you not wear perfume, cologne, or other strong scents to Sanctuary worship.
Our worship space and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible.
