Join us on Sunday, October 20th at the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market for a day of celebrating all things big and small. First up, we will bid farewell to Soysquatch on National Big Food Day. Bring your family to the market for one last chance to Search for Soysquatch and learn about soybeans from field to finish product in a fun, free activity for kids of all ages. Anyone who completes the search will get to go home with some lovely unique mementoes and a great story. Don’t miss out on this opportunity before it’s too late! Next, RC Street Wars and Juiced Up Carolina are teaming up to present the Carolina RC Showcase and Lowrider Gathering from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Experience a full Queen City layout for cruising the streets with your radio-controlled cars. Enjoy an all-scale car show, RC drag racing, stunts, Hopp-off, and even a dance competition. This event is free to the public. RC enthusiasts can enter for $10 per vehicle for Showcase entry and $5 for each additional category. For $20, you can get access to all Showcase activities per vehicle.
We will have something for everyone. You can participate in a Soysquatch scavenger hunt, watch all the RC action and shop with local vendors all in one place. Don’t miss out on all the excitement at the market-come on down and join us for a day of fun and entertainment!
