👕 Carnival T-Shirt Design Workshop – Rowner Carnival 2026 👕Get creative and design your very own bright and personalised carnival T-shirt ready for the return of Rowner Carnival 2026.
🎨 Use fabric paints, fabric pens and stencils to draw, colour and decorate your own carnival design.
All materials are provided – just bring your creativity!

This workshop is part of the creative activities helping the community prepare for the return of Rowner Carnival, giving everyone the chance to design something they can proudly wear on carnival day.
