Vidu. Sri Tejas & Pranav ManjunathTejas and Pranav Manjunath born in Boston, started learning violin from Smt. Tara Anand at the young age of 8 in the US. In 2009, they moved to Bangalore to learn violin from Vid. Smt. Lalgudi Rajalakshmi followed by Vid. Sri Yashasvi and currently under the guidance of Padmasri A. Kanyakumari. Known as Boston Brothers, they have performed violin duet concerts extensively in India, USA, and Singapore. They have received many awards and recognitions including the title of “Nadachintamani” and “Sangeeth Samrat Virtuoso Award” from Shankara TV realty show and have been featured multiple times on national television and newspapers. They have excelled in various genres including Carnatic classical, folk, devaranama and devotional songs, and filmy music in various languages, and have been performing extensively in the US to entertain large crowds. Tejas is currently working as a DSP Engineer at Harman and has MS from Georgia Tech and MBA from UT Austin. Pranav is currently a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering after completing MS in AI/ML at Duke University.

He is fortunate to be a small leaf of huge Banyan tree, The Thanjavur Bani Mridangam lineage of Palghat Mani Iyer under renowned gurus Sri.Nagoor AmbiIyer, Sri Mavelikara Velukutty Nair and Sri. Erickavu Sunil.
Balu has been performing for notable maestros in south Indian film music fraternity and carnatic music exponents for the last 25 years. He is part of Valle Venia, a symphony group based in Germany and performs for world music concerts across European countries, US and the middle east. Balu believes music is a universal medium to communicate the most innate expressions with nature and is open to experimenting with any form of music and artists.
