Welcome, everyone!

I’m so excited to share with you my latest book, My Epic Flow, which is available now! 🎉 This interactive workbook is the second book in my series focused on supporting youth, young adults, and families. Tailored specifically for adolescents and young adults, My Epic Flow builds on the model of My Big Notebook and provides essential coping strategies and a safe space to learn, grow, and build self-esteem. It’s now available for preorder, and I can’t wait for you to experience it!

I’ve also written The Compassionate Companion, a heartfelt guide for fostering and adoptive caregivers. This book is filled with insights from experienced caregivers and parents, offering the supportive guidance I wish I had during my own journey.

And of course, there’s My Big Notebook, co-authored with my son, JC. This award-winning workbook is packed with real stories, evidence-based coping mechanisms, positive affirmations, resources, and pages for coloring and journaling.
