Caring for your Tiny Forest

Come and join us, as we tend to Apperley Tiny Forest. Living Woods is running an event where you can learn more about Tiny Forests
About this Event

There are ten 'Tiny Forests' in public places and schools in the north east of England. These are very small woodlands, close planted, to help increase biodiversity and biomass rapidly. In the first few years they need a small amount of maintenance and they also provide an opportunity for some citizen science. Come along, drop by, and learn more about your local Tiny Forest, help with simple maintenance tasks, and undertake some citizen science work.
