Join us for the 2024 Inaugural Symposium for Caring for Older Adults with Serious Illness: An Interprofessional and Holistic Approach
About this Event

As older adults age, their healthcare needs also increase. These needs rise exponentially when an older adult is diagnosed with a severe illness. Senior care pharmacists are integral to the team and can help address and alleviate many issues to address “What Matters” to the older adult and those that care for them. This symposium, which includes experts in the field and is a collaboration between five institutions, will help address the medical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects and opportunities for pharmacists, Ph*rm*cy technicians, and other healthcare providers.
