Learning Summary: Have you ever struggled with how much conflict arises in your classroom? Did you know that conflict can be really healthy for children if it is resolved in a healthy way? During this course, you will learn why conflict is healthy and ways that you can guide children.
Learning Outcomes:
- • Learners will identify common misconceptions about conflict and conflict resolution.
- • Learners will recognize the importance of conflict and conflict resolution.
- • Learners will recall skill to support children with successful and healthy conflict solution.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three-question quiz or test at the end of each training.
