Caribe Soul: Body Alchemy is an open-level, heart-centered dance experience inspired by Afro-Caribbean, West African, and Latin rhythms.

Created and guided by Jacquie Van Horne, a Somatic-Based Psychotherapist and Dance/Movement Therapist, Caribe Soul invites you into a vibrant space for movement, connection, and self-expression.

Together, we flow through approachable choreography for all levels, transition into the freedom of ecstatic dance and authentic self-exploration, and gently settle into embodied movement as meditation.

Caribe Soul is a gathering where we give our bodies permission to express, explore, release, receive, and just play.
