Island Cappuccino Pumpkin and Breadfruit Soup Served with herb flatbread

Main: A choice of

• Bajan Herb Snappedr on Grilled Cou-Cou accompanied by shrimp and tomato ginger rum salsa. or
• Blue Mountain LambRack of lamb marinated in Jamaican coffee and fresh herbs, grilled and served on a bed of sweet potato mash with a coffee jus.

• Cocoa Chocolate Sea Moss Mousse garnished with organic flowers and penny candy.
