Join us at Comotion on King to jump up, jam down & sweat to Caribbean sounds. From Soca to Dancehall, we'll try it all! Whether you're a seasoned dancer or craving new movement, get ready to wine your hips, shake your shoulders, and vibe in full Joy!!

• Parking on street and nearby lots (King + Catherine)

• Main floor entry may be locked (someone will let you in!)

Entry begins at 6:00 pm

• Third floor venue - stairs

• Elevator on site, but not guaranteed to be available

• Chairs available for balance

• Comfy clothing

• Sneakers or bare feet

• a flag or rag (towel / bandana - we have some for loan!)

• water bottle (filtered H2O available on site)

• a shareable snack / finger food (optional)

• a friend, a sis, grandma or aunty!!
