About this Event

Join us in celebration of Black History month, with movement. I'm your dance instructor Carib . And will be demonstrating variations of West Indian folk and traditional dance Punta, Kumina and more. Exploring musicality, waistline, ground work and the connection of sound and rhythm. Which has brought us together on the dance floor. in the excitement of whining, twerking footwork and much more.
There will be a 30 minutes warm up, and breakdown for each workshop. Each week a new technique and level unlocked. All levels welcome
Water bottle, bare feet or socks , loose clothing and a positive energy.
