Weddy weddy workout Wednesdays is for you to sweat, stretch, and exercise... but like, Caribbean!
Join Bembé Dance Xperience for our bi-weekly Caribbean dance fitness class.
These classes will be strictly E-N-E-R-G-Y from start to finish. It will be the hottest, fastest, most pumping songs, moves, and routines.
All classes are designed to be added to your workout routines.
Class Dates: Every Other Wednesday at 7PM.
Individual: $10
This class is Level I, making it suitable for all levels.
You will learn a new routine at every class, and have an opportunity to be featured on Bembé's Youtube Channel or Social Media.
