Saturday, November 9th in Royal Oak, MI we will feature Chef Savoy and Chef Bryan of The paper plate diner catering, who will be preparing a 5 course caribbean menu paired with carefully crafted cocktails. This experience will transport you to the sunny shores of the Caribbean.

1st Course - Crispy Quinoa Salad w/frisee, oranges, pineapple, black beans, shaved coconut, mango scotch bonnet dressing

2nd Course - Oxtail Croquetas w/suya gribiche, lime zest, micros

3rd Course - Red Snapper Escovitch Tostanes w/black bean hummus, pickled peppers, crispy onions

4th Course - Coconut Curry Head on Shrimp w/carrot nage, yuca pave

5th Course - Layered Rum Cake w/mango chantilly cream, white chocolate and coconut ganache,
