In honor of Caribbean American Heritage month come out and get your cardio burn before the festival begins! Burn calories, have fun in the name of love, unity and togetherness in fitness. *ALL boot owners are FREE. No boot? No problem!! Limited Rental boots provided but MUST RSVP via text CAH to 301-357-5388 (Okeemah). After the class stay and enjoy the free live music, art, vendors, food and entertainment!! All proceeds are donated to TheFirstFlight organization. Beginners welcome! We have a boot for you!
