"Paper Chain is a trio from Minneapolis, MN lead by composer and lyricist Caitlin Benson. The group features Caitlin on lead vocals and cello, Andrew S. Lentz on piano, Chris Cuellar on guitar, and makes prominent use of three-part vocal harmony arranged by the group’s pianist. Paper Chain’s music is the effortless synthesis of modern chamber-pop with 19th century romantic composers such as Beethoven, Schumann, and Grieg. Caitlin’s writing straddles the feelings of open prairie skies and hurried metropolitan energy. Their first album is currently in production and will launch with the debut of their first single 'Eusebius' in summer of 2024."
