Cargo ago go is bringing the original Cargo community together to celebrate the legacy, relive the music and rewrite the night.
This summer-sunset gathering honours the venue that shaped a generation of music lovers. Creativity thrived and boundaries blurred. Connections that sparked lifelong friendships, ignited a movement and united us through music.
As the sun sets, the evening will showcase the many moods of Cargo ago go and its rich musical tapestry. From house and techno to disco, funk, soul, jazz, blues, hip hop, acid jazz, drum & bass, and latin, this event will celebrate a place that helped define the rhythm and soul of a city.
Live on stage: The electrifying 10-piece CARGO SYNDICATE, along with powerhouse vocalist Sandra Pires with her iconic Fifi Blue set, the soulful Lesley Williams and the legendary B-flat Jack, plus MCs Delta and Muskrat.
