CarePortal Bronx Active Community Gathering OCTOBER 2025

What is this event:

The Bronx Active Community Gathering (ACG) is an event where Bronx churches, agencies ,and businesses are invited to collaborate, share resources, build partnerships, and strengthen their collective efforts in serving youth at risk of foster care and families in crisis through CarePortal and beyond specifically for the Bronx.

Who is it for:

This gathering is intended for Bronx CarePortal partners, such as church response teams, agencies, community champions/responders and is also open to anyone interested in serving vulnerable families in the Bronx through a network of trusted organizations.

Other Details:

Dinner will be provided and there will be a time of resource sharing and prayer for the Bronx. We invite all church leaders and agencies serving children to attend.
