About this Event

Welcome to the Celtic & Chakra Meditation & Journaling weekly drop-in class! As a carer, you already give a lot, the emotional and physical demands of caregiving can lead to burnout and compassion fatigue, leaving you drained, overwhelmed and disconnected from yourself.

Join us for a restorative meditation and journaling experience designed specifically for caregivers like you. In a welcoming and supportive space, you'll learn gentle meditation techniques to reduce stress, improve emotional resilience and reconnect with your inner peace. Through guided journaling, you'l have the opportunity to reflect, process emotions, and cultivate self-compassion.

This class is for you if:

  • You feel emotionally overwhelmed and exhausted
  • You struggle to find time for yourself
  • You want to build resilience and prevent burnout
  • You're looking for a supportive, like-minded community
  • You would value peer support and sharing
