FREE Caregiver Wellness Event
Join us on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 2:00 PM–3:30 PM at the Annex Auditorium, HHS Campus, 725 N. Highland Avenue, Winston-Salem, NC for a caregiver wellness event designed to support those who spend their lives caring for others.
Whether you are caring for aging parents or grandparents, a spouse with a chronic illness, a child with special needs or disabilities, a loved one living with a mental health condition, dementia or Alzheimer's disease, or someone recovering from a serious illness, injury, or surgery, this event is for you.
Through education, encouragement, and community resources, attendees will learn practical strategies to prioritize their own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being while continuing to care for loved ones. Connect with local organizations, discover valuable resources, and receive the support and encouragement you deserve.
If you often put the needs of others before your own, come be refreshed, renewed, and reminded that caregivers need care too.
Admission is FREE and open to the public.
