Tami Anastasia is a Dementia Consultant and Educator and the author of Essential Strategies for the Dementia Caregiver: Learning to PACE Yourself. Tami has a private practice and has been providing counseling services, dementia guidance, emotional support, and care strategies to family and professional caregivers supporting individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s for more than thirty years.
Caregiving is a difficult job and many of us struggle with its day-to-day challenges. Join us for our Caregiver Support Group, led by Tami Anastasia. We’ll share successful caregiving approaches and
