Caring for an adult loved one is an act of deep love — but it can also be exhausting, isolating, and overwhelming. This gathering is designed to give caregivers space to rest, reflect, and be supported.

• Acknowledgment of the challenges caregivers face
• Tools for moving from guilt to self-compassion
• Good food, community, and connection
• 15-minute chair massages to care for you
