Join us for a free Caregivers & Girlies brunch to learn about periods, what’s normal, and how to understand your body with confidence.

Girls, Let’s Talk About Your Flow!

Periods can feel confusing—but they don’t have to be.

Join us for a free, welcoming brunch designed for Girlies (daughters, granddaughters, nieces, etc; all ages welcome) and their Caregivers to learn more about menstrual health in a comfortable and supportive environment. Together, you’ll gain a better understanding of what’s normal, what’s not, and how to approach these conversations with confidence.

During the event, daughters and caregivers will also have dedicated time in separate groups for age-appropriate, open conversations:

• Girlies will learn about periods, what to expect, and how to understand their bodies with confidence.
• Caregivers will discuss heavy menstrual bleeding, what’s normal, and available treatment options.

You’ll leave feeling informed, empowered, and supported—with tools to continue these conversations at home.

This event is proudly sponsored by Cerene, a cryotherapy treatment option for heavy menstrual bleeding, and Hey Girl!, a community-driven organization creating space for women to share all facets of who they are without judgment.
