The future of Minnesota relies on a strong workforce made up of diverse, qualified individuals who have the right knowledge and skills to fill in-demand careers. At Owatonna High School, students can access pathways to these careers through unique first-hand experiences and innovative learning approaches. From a fabrication lab to a culinary lab and nursing classroom, the high school is providing a space for students to learn skills that they can then contribute to the state’s labor market. Join American Experiment and Owatonna High School leaders and partners for a discussion on work readiness and how OHS is helping lead the way.
Following the formal program, attendees will have the opportunity to tour classrooms and learn more about available career readiness programs, including culinary arts, nursing, industrial tech, and agriculture.
